Qualification

Graduation in Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture,Pisciculture, Agriculture,Animal Husbandry, Dairy Science, Fishery Science, Agri Marketing & Co-operation and Veterinary Science.

Salary

Around Rs 16300 per month.

Age

Between 21 and 30 years.

3. Law Officer

Post in MMG Scale II

Qualification

  • Minimum fifty percent marks (45 for Sc,ST and disabled candidates) for LLB degree.
  • Candidates with LLM, CAIIB or MBa would be desirable.

Experience

Minimum 5 years as a practicing advocate or judicial service or Law officer in a bank or government law service.

Or

Minimum 3 years experience as a legal officer in a PSU at bar.

Age

Between 21 and 35 years.

Salary

Around Rs 22320 per month.

Probation

2 years.

Selection Process

General Information

  1. Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.
  2. Written Test would be conducted at different centres in India.
  3. Free pre-examination training is provided for a certain number of sc,st, disabled and minority candidates at training centres at Chennai, Bhopal,  Kolkata ,Pune & Lucknow.
  4. The contact addresses and phone numbers of officers in different cities are present in the advertisement pdf.Contact if you did not get the call letter in time.
  5. The written examination date may be on 9th August 2009.If you did not get the call letter by 3rd August 2009, contact the officers at different centres to get duplicate call letters.Get the duplicate call letter before 8th August 2009.
  6. Selected candidates will be placed as officers any where in India.
  7. Keep a photocopy of the system generated printout.
  8. Applications duly signed along with Fee Payment Receipt or DD, certificates and affixed photos would be accepted.Incomplete ones would be trashed.

Application fee

  • Rs 300 (Rs 25 for SC, ST and disabled) to be paid at certain branches of the central bank of india branch by fee payment receipt that can be downloaded from the bank website.
  • You can pay the fee as demand draft also.The DD should be drawn in favour of Central Bank of India - Recruitment of Officers, 2009 payable at Mumbai.
  • Write your name and address on the flip side of the DD.
  • No other payment modes would be accepted. 
  • Candidates in government service or PSUs should sent their application through proper channel.They should produce an NOC at the time of the interview.

  • Apply online before 15th June 2009 and 30th June 2009 at the central bank website.
  • You need to have a working email address to apply.You can get it free from providers such as gmail.
  • Get your Fee Payment Receipt (FPR) or DD ready when you are going to apply online.Enter the details in the online application.
  • Send the print out of the online application along with application fee as FPR or DD, relevant certificates and passport size photograph affixed and signed across it to the
