Manager - Scale III / Officer Scale IIQualification- Graduates or post graduates with law degree.
- Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations preferred.
- PC operation knowlege a must.
Experience- Not less than five years experience in the field of industrial relations idealy in a bank or financial institution.
- Should be familiar with Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal and High Court Proceedings.
- Should have experience attending concillation proceeding, statutory complaince, domestic enquires and other HR matters.
Age45 years
Probation12 months.
