Now that we can trust the naukri ad that says jobs are back.Seventy one percent of indian companies surveyed by a group confirmed that they were hiring compared to mid September last year.A global survey was conducted where questions were asked to about six thousand companies in thirty countries about their hiring plans at managerial and professional levels. India is only behind Nigeria in the survey where the optimism is about seventy nine percent.So job seekers are having a reason to smile.

 Last year fresher hiring was mediocre at engineering colleges in India.There are news reports saying a revival in this trend and possible a reversal.
