You might have heard of noise and interference in electronic communication.Like in your am radio, you hear the sound of shells breaking since your washing machine is running.Similiar interference do occur in a team of a businees organisation.Such a noice or interference that gets in to the communication process are a curse to the business.It is normal as people are different (unique otherwise).This noise gets amplified due to the mesh of interpersonal relationships involved there.Here are different kinds of noises.
Verbal Communication - LanguageIt changes throughout demographics and is a constantly evolving thing.Newer words arise and media changes meanings of certain words and reinforce it back to the general public.So one person see a same word as entirely different things.Our learning and education systems also create confusion in people.These confusions reinforces and stay with them throughout their life.Communication over a foreign language means your mother tongue has blended in to the foreign languages.Hinglish (Indian English) is Hindi pronunciation interfered in english words and is what you hear in North India which is different from Chinglish spoken by the Chinese.Communication between a Chinglish guy and a Hinglish guy is truly a disaster.Some people makes noise which irritates the receivers and others talk too soft and are inaudible in a group.
