1.Company Secretary (Grade VII)

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate muts have a degree in ACS awarded by Institute of Company Secretaries of India preferably with a degree in Law.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must have minimum 19 years of experience.

PAY SCALE

• Rs.17500-400-22300

AGE

• Maximum age limit will be 45 years.

2.Asst. Company Secretaries (Grade VI/ V)

JOB LOCATION

• BANGALORE COMPLEX

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate muts have a degree in ACS awarded by Institute of Company Secretaries of India preferably with a degree in Law.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidate must have minimum 13 years of experience.

PAY SCALE

• Rs.16000-400-20800

AGE

• Maximum age limit will be 41 years.
