OHPC invites application for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainees – Electrical (Ele.),Instrumentation and Control (I&C), Information and Technology(IT) and Management Trainees in Human Resource Development (HRD), Finance(Fin.), Legal and Public Relations(PR).

AGE

• Candidate must be not more than 32 years as on 01.02.2009.

PAY SCALE

• Candidates will get a consolidated payment of Rs.8,000 along with medical allowance.

QUALIFICATION

1.Electrical

• Candidate must have a Degree in relevant branch of Engineering or AMIE in the relevant discipline.

2.Instrumentation and Control

• Candidate must have a Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation & Control) or PG Diploma in Instrumentation and Control from a recognized institute.

3.Information and Technology

• Candidate must have a Degree in Computer Engg./Science/Degree in any discipline with 2 years PG Diploma in Computer Science/Masters Degree in Computer Application.

4.Human Resource Development

• Candidate must have a Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma with 2 years (full time) duration
  in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations and Welfare/HRD/HRM/PM&IR/MBA with specialization in HRD or
  Personnel Management from recognized institute.

5.Finance

• Candidate must have a Degree in any discipline with ACA/AICWA/MBA(Finance) from XLRI,IIMS or XIMB for candidates belonging to General and SEBC category.
• Candidates belonging to SC & ST category,must have a Degree in any discipline with MBA(Finance) from a University or reputed institution.

6.Legal

• Candidate must have a Graduate with Degree in Law.

7.PR

• Candidate must have a Graduate with 2 years PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication.

TRAINING

• Candidates will have to undergo a training for a period of 1 year and they will be paid Rs.8000/-per month.

SELECTION

• Candidates will be selected from written test conducted at Bhubaneswar.
• Written test includes General Aptitude Test and Subject Knowledge Test.
• Qualified candidates will then be called for interview.

• Candidates must submit the application form in prescribed format in A4 Size paper along with two passport size colour photographs and self-attested photocopies of certificates in proof of educational/professional qualifications with mark sheet, caste from the appropriate authority and experience.
