Delhi Police invites application for the posts of Sub-Inspector (Executive)-Male.

STANDARD OF PHYSICAL MEASUREMENT

1.HEIGHT

• Candidates must have Minimum 170 cms.
• Candidates from residents of hill areas are relaxable by 5cms.
  

2.CHEST

• Candidates must have Minimum 81 cms to 85 cms.
• Candidates from residents of hill areas are relaxable by 5cms.

MEDICAL STANDARD

• Candidates must sound healthy, free from defect/deformity/disease.
• Both eyes should have a vision 6/12 (without glasses). No relaxation is allowed to any category of candidates on this count.

SELECTION

PHYSICAL ENDURANCE TEST (Qualifying)

• Candidates who qualify in the race will have to further appear in the written test.
• Written test will be of three hours duration which will carry 200 marks.
• Test will be of Objective type including questions on Reasoning, General Knowledge/Current Affairs, Numerical Ability and English.
• Candidates shall be called for interview on the basis of their performance in the written test.

• Application should be Typed/Photocopied on A4 size paper.
• Candidate must affix a photograph along with the application.
• Application should be send along with a Demand/Bank Draft/Banker's cheque of Rs. 100/- should be attached as fee in favour of DCP/Recruitment, New Police Lines, Delhi, payable at Delhi.
• Application should be send in an envelope superscribing “Application for the Post of Sub- Inspector (Exe.)-Male in Delhi Police-2009”.
