• Candidate must have SSLC or its equivalent qualification and also must have Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting Malayalam and also Lower Grade Certificate in Typewriting English (KGTE) and Computer Word processing or its equivalent.

HOW TO APPLY

• Candidates can apply online for post under TECHNICAL EDUCATION (Polytechnic),Medical Education (Dental Colleges) and Technical Education –Engineering Colleges. departments.
• Candidates can apply online from the Kerala PSC website www.keralapsc.org.
• Candidates need to submit the documents to prove qualification, age and community as and when required.
• Last date of receipt of application will be 15th april,2009 upto 05.00 p.m.
• For other post candidate can apply through normal procedure.
• Candidates need to pay a fee of Rs.10/- Application form.
• Application should be filled as per the information Brochure supplied along with the Application Form.
• Candidates can get the application form from various Offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission and from the various Post Offices in Kerala.
• Application has to be send in an envelope superscribing  The name of post, the Category Number and Department of the respective post at the top of the envelope and name and address of the candidate at the bottom left hand corner and the address to which applications are to be sent at the bottom right hand corner of the envelope.
• Application has to be send to KPSC District Officer concerned.
