To get the application form by post,you may request it along with a self addressed envelope of size 27 cm x 11 cm at Director, IHRD, Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram - 14 along with an application fee DD of Rs 330 (180 for SC/ST guys) favouring Director, IHRD payable at SBT, Thiruvananthapuram.

Alternatively you can download the application format document PDF from IHRD website, print it on 34cm x 21.5 cm foolscap sized paper, fill it up and send it along with an application demand draft of Rs 300 (150 for SC/ST guys) favouring Director, IHRD payable at SBT, Thiruvananthapuram.
