QUALFICATION

• Candidate must have a MBA / Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Personnel Management with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB from a recognized University / Institution.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidate should have post qualification executive experience ranging from 22 to 25 years preferably in the area of HR related matters, Industrial Relations, review and implementation of HR system, Training and Development, improvement of production & productivity systems etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidate is expected to to act as catalyst spearheading change Management for performance development of employees and executives in the Unit / Complex / Company as a whole.

PAY SCALE

• Rs.20500-500-26500

AGE

• Maximum age limit will be 51 years.

2.General Manager - HR (Grade VIII)

QUALFICATION

• Candidate must have a MBA / Post Graduate degree in Social Work / Personnel Management with specialization in Industrial Relations/ HR / OB from a recognized University / Institution.
