job interviewA job interview is an arena the introverts do not wish to be in.The usual introduction, being an object of scruitiny and center of attraction along with thorny questions thrown all over you, it altogether becomes a difficult proposition. The hours you send there becomes decisive and any true exposure of your innerself threatens the propects of the job at stake. But you are not going to stop anywhere just because of this..aren't you? Here are some tips many have shared with me to prepare an interview using your inner introvert strengths.

The day before

Pratice make you perfect. What you need to deliver is to respond to questions as soon as they are asked.Do not go with the usual preparation.Your inner tendency helps you to imbibe the minute information needed.

Use www.google.com to find more about the interviewer and the company, the history of the company, it's mission, work culture, their products and services and the market and the industry as a whole.Find quotes of those people in the press.Search for the company and
people information in the Wikipedia.Make sure that you get the extra edge and that will add to your advantage as you would be confident.

The D day

There is a mystery in every interview. You cannot guess or prerehearse the interview as such even though you have done a pre rehearsal drama.Your inner mind will help predict the question that are going to be asked. And direct your energy for the specific moment when you get a mysterial question in a different angle. This is for you to stay afloat in such cases. You find that even though you are calm and serene minutes before the interview, you are lion during the interview hours.I expect you get the idea.

Neutralisation Techniques

At the start of a typical interview, there is scope for chitchat which you would be hating.Buckle up for that.Practice with your best friend so you can neutralize the interviewer who would otherwise be taking the secret weapon made for you.Once you neutralize him in the initial small talk period, he won't create much harm.

Know the venue

Learn well where you are heading for the interview.Because arriving with a calm mind or hurrying up finding difficulty in reaching there differs.

Bring your diary

Write your key achievements and notes while preparing for the interview.Bring that pages with you.It should contain the points you would be making and question you would ask during the interview. This helps you drain less energy at the interview.

After the interview you would surely be exhausted but it is worth if you get hired in the company.
