1. Asst. General Manager - Legal (Grade VI)

JOB LOCATION

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must have a degree in law from recognized institutions / Universities and preference will be given to candidate(s) with LLM degree.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must have atleast 16 years of experience.

PAY SCALE

• Rs.16000-400-20800

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidate must be able to practice and proceed in Civil/ Labour Courts, Tribunals, Arbitration Proceedings, execution of decrees / awards and submission of pleadings.
• Candidate must draft plaints, written statements, affidavits and various types of petitions to be filed in the court and scrutiny of various documents such as agreements on collaboration, export, service and security bonds, guarantee bonds and sale deeds.

2.Sr. Manager - Legal (Grade V)

• Candidate must have a degree in law from recognized institutions / Universities and preference will be given to candidate(s) with LLM degree.

EXPERIENCE

• Candidates must have atleast 13 years of experience.

PAY SCALE

• Rs.14500-350-18700
