JOB DESCRIPTION

• He/She has to evaluate plant performance and has to report on equipment performance against targets.
• He/She has to benchmark the performance targets and initiate changes to improve cost effectiveness and performance of the department.
• He/She has to participate in monthly stock rates and ensure the compliance of the dept to the quality system and certification requirements.

ACTIVITIES

• Candidate has to participate in company initiatives to ensure a good and safe working environment.
• He/She has to encourage awareness of health,safety and environmental protection among employee.
• He/She has to have a close interaction and relationship with the team for effective team work.
• He/She has to audit regularly to ensure procedure and compliance by the team.
• Candidate has to work on development of operating procedure for safe working conditions.

QUALIFICATION

• For the casthouse department,candidate has to have a Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline,preferably with a Metallurgy Major.
• For the Carbon department,candidate has to have a Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline ,preferably with a chemical engineering major.
• Candidate need to have an excellent computer skill and knowledge in computer application.
• Candidate also need to have a good oral and written skill.

EXPERIENCE

• For the casthouse department,candidate need to have 5 years experience in the role on casting equipment of a casthouse.
• For the Carbon department,candidate need to have 5 years experience in a prebake carbon department.
• Candidate must have worked in an environment based upon quality certification.
