Qualification & Experience
Post Graduates with 10 years experience in HR Development in a reputed department in which a minimum of five years needs to be as a senior staff. Academic management education with experience in establishing and maintaining training enterprises and familiarity with rubber or other plantation crops is desirable.
Age
Maximum 45 years as on 1st june 2009.

Salary
Pay band of Rs.15600 - 39100 and Rs.7600 in PB3 grade pay.
