Here are some seven short tips to shine your resume to transform it as a tool to market yourself to win interviews in today's competitive and turbulant job market.
Create a resume around some topic..Discover the FocusYou need to know what the job you are targeting at.Make the resume around that idea.The job position's description and your objectives should meet at the same point.
ResearchBefore writing even the rough draft, keep your researching gloves on and find about the job targets.
Construct your Career ObjectiveIf you are guy planning for a change in levels or functions, you need to vaguely specify it in your resume objective.
Your Achievements....Make it LargeThe achievements should match the job's desirable aspects.They should help you win in getting maximum calls for interviews.
Design your Resume.Learn well about the editing software be it Microsoft Word or Open Office.Use the advanced formating ideas like rare fonts, bold, italics, horizontal lines, international industry logos (like cisco's for a ccna certification).
Proof Read it before LaunchingA CV with spelling mistakes, grammer mistakes ,incorrect english usages and inappropriate data is surely going to the Spam folder of the recruiter's email account or in the trashbin in his office room.
